Nouns / Ainmearan

What it looks like

In these sessions each word will be given to you three times one week apart. The first time you see the word it will be the word alone. The second time you will see the word with the definite article and an adjective. The third time you will see it used in a sentence. For example, first time "hat" second time "The big hat" third time "Put on the hat". The repeated exposure to the words helps you remember them with less effort and the added information expands your Gaelic knowledge.
Each session is 6 weeks long. All the words in these sessions are nouns, solid things that you encounter every day. Have fun learning their names in Gaelic.

word of the day: taigh
